Posting messages

This section explains how to post messages to a group.
There are two ways to post messages to a group.

  • Posting from the Web.
  • Posting using email.

Either method will display the posting as a noticeboard when you post to the group, and the group members will be notified by email of the posted contents.

Posting from the Web.

  1. From "My Group" click the group you wish to post to.

  2. When the group screen is displayed, click "New topic" and post.

  3. When the posting page is displayed, enter the subject and the message, and click "Post."

  4. The message will now be posted, and you can check the message by clicking the subject.

Posting using email (for Gmail).

  1. The operations are the same as when sending a normal email.
    Select "Compose" from the Gmail screen.

  2. The "New Message" window will open.Enter the email address of the group in the "To" field, then click "Send" after entering the subject and message body.

  3. You can check the message you sent from the group screen.
