  • You can include both internal and external domain email addresses in a mailing list.
  • You must not use this function for commercial or inappropriate purposes that violate the Terms of Use.
  • The creator of a mailing list is the master administrator. This individual manages the mailing list by adding/modifying/deleting users (members) and by configuring the environment settings.
  • As the master administrator, you can assign one registered user (member) who has a valid Keio ID (email address) as the sub-administrator.
  • The sub-administrator can manage the mailing list in the same way as the master administrator by adding/modifying/deleting users (members) and by configuring the environment settings.
  • When the master administrator graduates or for some reason leaves the university, their Keio ID (email address) is no longer valid, and all the mailing lists they managed are deleted.
  • In order to continue using the mailing lists after the master administrator graduates or for some reason leaves the university, the master administrator must transfer administrative authority to a sub-administrator, who has a valid Keio ID (email address), before the master administrator's Keio ID becomes invalid or before the master administrator's Keio ID (email address) expires.
  • Even if a master administrator's email address (Keio ID) changes, the mailing lists managed by them remain intact.
  • When a sub-administrator's email address (Keio ID) changes, the master administrator must use the new address to re-register the sub-administrator.
  • When a user's (member's) email address (Keio ID) changes, the master administrator or sub-administrator must use the new address to re-register the user (member).
