PC Room Rules

• No food or drinks are permitted in the PC room. However, water bottles and thermoses are allowed so that users can stay hydrated. When not drinking, make sure that the lids are sealed tightly.

• To prevent other users from potentially exploiting your account, please make sure to sign out of the PC whenever leaving your seat.

• To prevent theft, always keep any personal belongings with you. Do not leave items at the desk while you are away from your seat.

• Phone calls and conversations should be conducted outside of the PC room.

• Make sure to back up any important files on a USB flash drive or through cloud storage systems such as Box or Google Drive.

• Finish whatever you are doing before closing time. The PCs are programmed to automatically shut down when the PC room closes.
