(Q1) I can’t hear the audio, and there is no image in the camera.
First check the following points.
- Is the camera or audio device normally recognized?
- Is the volume setting on a PC or Smart phone mute?
- Has the host turned on the audio conference?
(Q2) I registered a scheduled meeting, but can I use it outside of the scheduled time?
It can be used even after the registered scheduled meeting time, but its operation cannot be assured, so we recommend that the schedule be registered allowing some leeway.
(Q3) Differences from other systems such as Skype or Google hangout
Webex provides the following benefits.
- Participants can attend a conference even without an account.
- In addition to audio and video, users can share documents.
(Q4) Will I be unable to use video-recording data as soon as I can no longer use keio.jp after I graduate, finish, or resign etc.?
If you can no longer log in with keio.jp, you cannot see video-recording data. (Even a person who can use only Keio e-mail forwarding service cannot view it.)
(Q5) How should I change the language?
-
After login, select language name at the top right of window.
-
Click [Save] after selecting the language you wish to change to.
(Q6) In addition to “Webex Meetings”, there are the functions: “Webex Events”, “Webex Support”, and “Webex Training”, but can I use them?
Only faculty members can use them. (Students cannot)
But, Keio University signed this contract primarily in order to use “Webex Meetings”, with “Webex Events”, “Webex Support”, and “Webex Training” being incidental functions, so the ITC does not support these functions.
To use, refer to the following manual provided by the maker (external links).
