Overview
At the Student Assistant Desk, student assistants are available to answer questions and provide guidance to faculty, staff, and students.
Questions and inquiries are limited to the services listed on the Mita KIC website.
- Wireless LAN (keiomobile2)
- Setup keio.jp Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) *
- Installation of software licenses provided by Mita KIC *
- How to use computers installed at Mita Campus
- How to print service and scan a document etc.
Consultations are limited to on-campus students, faculty and staff; Not including Correspondence Students.
Opening Hour
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
From Monday to Friday (including holiday that classes are held)
Open during the period of class or exam
- April–November: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Consultations accepted until 5:30 PM)
- December–February: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Consultations accepted until 5:00 PM)
※Please note that we may be unable to accept consultations on the same day if the matter is expected to extend past closing time.
