Please check the following matters when submitting an inquiry to the Mita ITC.
Please understand that we cannot answer any inquiries concerning matters other than services provided by the Mita ITC.

  • When submitting an inquiry to Mita ITC, it will be necessary to authenticate your identity, so please bring an identification document.

Acceptable Forms of Identification Student student ID card
Faculty members

Please present one of the following.

・faculty and staff ID card
・Japanese driver's license
・certificate of driving record (issued on or after April 1, 2012)
・health insurance card
・residence card
  • Certificate of residence, employee ID card and student ID card from other universities are not accepted.

Inquiring by telephone or FAX

  • Accepting inquiries about the network of Mita Campus.
  • In the case of an inquiry that requires that your identity be authenticated (for password change, etc. ), we cannot accept a telephone inquiry.
